I am humbled daily in my meditations and life experiences by the repeated recognition of how little I know about my Savior, and saddened by how far I stray from the “Rhythms of Grace” that the Message renders for Matthew 11:29.  I set up this blog to publish some of the thoughts I’ve had over the years and to pen my evolution of thought since then.

This year  I am reading Spurgeon’s Morning and Evening so the pages of this blog are filled with a slightly edited version of it to clarify the valuable message and smooth out the difficulties of  1800’s English.
